We host monthly themed Vegan Supper Clubs in our private tasting room. These informal dinner parties are meant to encourage guests to mingle, share and celebrate food. These multi-course prix fixe dinners range from $65-$95 and always showcases the best in local and seasonal ingredients.

Winter in Wisconsin...

Sometimes we get asked ‘what is a supper club’ and although its modern interpretation can be summed up as an underground restaurant, this American staple has roots reaching all the way back to prohibition and gained popularity in the mid-west. Join us for an amazing ode to the first supper clubs, as Chef Daniel pays homage to his Wisconsin-born father, an event that wouldn’t be complete without brats, cheese and a brandy old fashioned.

This month's poster features one half of a painting Bob Holloway (Chef Daniel's dad) painted in the '80s for his mother; Tale of Two Cities.
